📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after successful order placement.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During festive seasons, sales events, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer. 


🚚 Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India through trusted courier partners.

If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you regarding your order.

Orders Below ₹499

A nominal shipping fee may be charged at checkout based on your location.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected serviceable locations.

  • Additional COD charges may apply and will be displayed during checkout. 


📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation via Email/SMS/WhatsApp

  • Tracking ID and courier details

  • Real-time shipment updates

You can track your order using the tracking link provided after dispatch. 


❗ Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

📭 Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incorrect contact number

  • Customer unavailable after multiple delivery attempts

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.


📦 Damaged Package

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:

  1. Do not accept the package if possible.

  2. Take clear photos of the package.

  3. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

We will investigate the issue and assist you accordingly.

Currently, Zumera Attar ships only within India.
