At Zumera Attar, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide premium-quality luxury attars and fragrances. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or tested attars.
Returns may only be accepted under the following circumstances:

You received a damaged product.

You received the wrong item.

The product was missing from your order.

The product arrived leaking or defective.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the product and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used attars.

Products purchased during clearance or special sale events.

Orders returned due to fragrance preference or personal taste.

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
Please note that fragrance perception varies from person to person. We do not offer refunds based on personal fragrance preferences.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide your order number.

Share clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue.
After verification, we may offer:

A replacement product.
-
Store credit.
-
A refund, depending on the situation.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:

Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders approved for refund:

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.

Customers may be required to provide valid payment details for refund processing.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Return Shipping
If the return request is approved due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, or defective item), return shipping costs will be borne by Zumera Attar.
For all other situations, return requests may not be accepted.
