If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video.

Can I get a refund if I don't like the fragrance?

Fragrance preference is highly personal. Therefore, refunds or returns cannot be provided based on personal liking or scent preference.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or via bank transfer/UPI for eligible COD orders.
